Holder 4 ConjSuturing

The reusable holder that keeps your conjunctival suturing pad firmly in place.

The Holder 4 ConjSuturing (45 x 40 x 20 mm) securely holds one Pad 4 ConjSuturing during training and attaches to the MatPro 4 Eye, so the pad does not shift while you suture under the microscope. The pad slides in from the side and rests at a slight angle between the front rail and the back wall. Buy it once, then only replace the pads. Made in Austria by eyecre.at.

Ideal for:

  • Conjunctival suturing stations in resident wetlabs and courses

  • Self-practice of conjunctival closure at home or in the clinic

  • Combining with Eye 4 models on the same MatPro 4 Eye setup

Compatible with: MatPro 4 Eye, Pad 4 ConjSuturing (sold separately, pack of 4 pads for 96 EUR)

Made in Austria · Minimum order: 1 unit

Pad 4 ConjSuturing

The consumable for conjunctival suturing practice: one pad, around four training sessions.

The Pad 4 ConjSuturing is a 40 x 35 x 2.5 mm training pad that mimics the thin, mobile conjunctiva for practising conjunctival closure, peritomy and fine absorbable sutures. Each pad gives you approximately four conjunctival suturing exercises, depending on your technique and how much surface you use. The pads clip into the Holder 4 ConjSuturing, which attaches to the MatPro 4 Eye for a stable, non-slipping setup under the microscope. Made in Austria by eyecre.at.

Built in layers: a thin, mobile conjunctiva on top, a Tenon’s capsule layer underneath and a firm scleral base, separated by glide layers that let the tissue planes move independently, as they do in the eye. The conjunctiva slides the way it does during closure, and the sclera gives realistic resistance when the needle goes too deep.

What you can train:

  • Conjunctival closure with interrupted and running sutures

  • Peritomy and conjunctival flap handling

  • Fine absorbable suture placement (5/0 to 7/0)

  • Tissue handling with conjunctival forceps and Westcott scissors

  • Knot tying on thin, mobile tissue

Sold in packs of 4 pads (96 EUR per pack, 24 EUR per pad). Each pad individually packed in a resealable zip-lock bag. Requires: Holder 4 ConjSuturing, MatPro 4 Eye

Set Microscope 4 Training

A tested, pre-assembled digital stereo microscope for your eyecre.at training station. Camera and eyepieces always in focus together.

The Set Microscope 4 Training gives residents, training centres and congress organisers magnification and a live 4K camera image at a fraction of the cost of a surgical microscope. We tested which microscope, camera and stand configuration works best over the Head 4 Eyes and our pad holders, and we deliver the set pre-assembled and aligned, so you add a monitor and start.

Why from eyecre.at:

  • Tested setup: selected and checked on eyecre.at holders, not a random listing

  • Pre-assembled: microscope, ring light and camera arrive mounted and aligned on the stand

  • Parfocal Adapter 4 Camera: our 3D-printed adapter keeps the 4K monitor image and the eyepieces in focus at the same time, so the teacher sees on the screen exactly what the trainee sees in the oculars, without refocusing

The trinocular stereo microscope offers a continuous 3.5x to 90x zoom (up to 180x with the included 2x Barlow lens), a 56-LED ring light and an 8.3MP 4K camera with HDMI output.

Ideal for:

  • Anterior segment, suturing, cornea, conjunctiva, lid and IVT training

  • Multi-station wetlabs and courses where surgical microscopes are not available

  • Teaching with a live camera image on a monitor

  • Resident skills labs and self-practice at home or in the clinic

  • Congress booths and product demonstrations

  • Recording training sessions via the 4K camera

Not a substitute for a surgical microscope for vitrectomy or posterior segment work.

Recommended: the same set with Hard Case Trolley (672 EUR), pre-packed in cut foam, for every station that travels between courses and congresses. This version without case is for a fixed station.

Included: trinocular stereo microscope with stand, 8.3MP 4K camera set with HDMI output, 56-LED ring light, Parfocal Adapter 4 Camera (3D-printed in Austria). Monitor not included.

Compatible with: All Eye 4 models, Head 4 Eyes, PadPro 4 Eye, Set Pad 4 Eyes, MatPro 4 Eye, Reusable System 4 Eye

Why use sterile clinical implants for training when there is an affordable alternative? The Valve 4 Glaucoma Training is a soft 3D-printed training valve modelled on the well-known Ahmed Glaucoma Valve design. Sutures 4 Practice

Practice every suturing technique your wetlab demands: corneal, scleral, lid and strabismus sutures across the full range of materials and gauges.

Sutures 4 Practice is a range of single-use training sutures for ophthalmic wetlab practice, covering the materials and needle configurations trainees encounter in real procedures, from fine 10/0 corneal sutures to heavier 4/0 lid and muscle sutures. Sourcing clinical-grade sutures for repeated training is expensive; this range makes realistic, true-to-feel sutures accessible for wetlab use without the cost barrier.

Choose individual suture types to match your training scenario, or stock the full range for a complete suturing station.

Our recommendation for eyelid and strabismus models: for the M.A.R.K.O. LID, KANTHO LID and Strabismus Lid we recommend the Suture 5/0 Polypropylene Blue 90 cm Double (PN0462). It holds securely in the models' tissue layers and does not tear out as quickly during repeated practice.

Available options include:

  • 10/0 Daclon Nylon 30 cm Double

Eyelid 4 Eye

Add a realistic eyelid to any eyecre.at training eye - and take your anterior segment and oculoplastic training to the next level.

The Eyelid 4 Eye is a magnetic eyelid model that attaches directly to the full eyecre.at Eye 4 range, transforming a standard training eye into a complete anterior segment training setup. It adds anatomically accurate upper and lower eyelid structures, enabling surgeons to practice speculum placement, eyelid retraction and oculoplastic procedures in a realistic context. A simple but powerful addition to any wetlab or congress setup. Made in Austria by eyecre.at.

Included Lubrication 4 Eye is primarily designed to lubricate the Eye 4 Eyelid model, allowing the artificial eye to move smoothly within the eyelids during training and providing a more realistic surgical experience.

You can apply a small amount of the lubricant inside the Eye 4 Eyelid before inserting the artificial eye. It can also be applied directly to the artificial eye if desired, as it works well on both surfaces to reduce friction and improve movement.

Ideal for:

  • Speculum placement and eyelid retraction practice

  • Anterior segment surgery in a realistic periocular environment

  • Oculoplastic procedure introduction and technique familiarization

  • Congress and wetlab demonstrations with full eye context

  • Medtech device testing with eyelid interaction
