eyecre.at ships worldwide from Innsbruck, Austria. Most customers order directly via our shop or by email. In selected markets we additionally work with a small number of non‑exclusive resellers. If that could be you, please read the principles below and use the application form.

What we make

We develop and manufacture 3D-printed surgical training models for ophthalmology: wetlab models for cataract, vitrectomy, glaucoma/MIGS, cornea, oculoplastics, intravitreal injection, and custom projects.

Our products are not medical devices and are labelled “Not for medical or human use”. In most countries this means no medical device registration is required for import (please verify locally).

How we work with resellers

  • Non-exclusive. We continue to sell directly in every market. Exclusivity is not granted initially; it can be discussed after a proven track record, against a committed annual minimum purchase.
  • Volume-based discounts on list prices (see the tiers below).
  • Prepayment, shipping ex Innsbruck (EXW/FCA), no returns.
  • Marketing support: product photos, videos and datasheets are provided. Use of the eyecre.at logo requires approval.
  • Labelling: the notice “Not for medical or human use” must be retained in all local materials and offers.

All discounts apply to list prices, prepayment, shipping ex Innsbruck (EXW/FCA). The 25 % tier applies to all orders once €10,000 cumulative purchases are reached within a calendar year.

What we look for

An existing customer base in ophthalmology (hospitals, universities, industry, course providers), experience with surgical training or wetlab courses, and the ability to commit to a first pilot order.

We review every submission and reply within five business days. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

FAQ

Do you grant exclusive distribution rights?

Not initially. Exclusivity can be discussed after 12+ months of successful cooperation, tied to a committed annual minimum purchase.

Can I resell your products without a reseller agreement?

Yes, anyone may purchase at list prices via our shop and resell them.

Are your products certified as medical devices?

No, and intentionally so. They are training tools, labelled “Not for medical or human use”. No CE marking as a medical device, no FDA clearance, which typically makes import straightforward.

What discounts do resellers get?

15 % on orders from €1,000, 20 % on orders from €5,000, and 25 % on all orders once €10,000 cumulative annual purchases are reached. All discounts apply to list prices, with prepayment and shipping ex Innsbruck.

Do you provide free samples?

No. We offer a discounted demo kit as part of a first pilot order.

Which countries are you looking for resellers in?

We evaluate case by case. Markets without existing direct customers are the most interesting.
