Scleral flap & trabeculectomy
Filtration surgery lives and dies with the flap: uniform thickness, clean edges and a controlled sclerostomy. Repeat the flap dissection until depth control is in your hands, not in your luck, then complete the full trabeculectomy sequence on the same model.

Schlemm's canal: canaloplasty & viscocanalostomy
Canal-based surgery demands a feel for structures you can barely see. Practice locating, unroofing and catheterizing the canal, and injecting viscoelastic at the right pressure, on models built with true canal anatomy, ab-externo and ab-interno.

MIGS: micro-stent placement
Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery is an implant skill: approach angle, gonio view orientation and a confident, single-motion placement. High repetition is the only way there, and it shouldn't cost implant prices.
Train with analogs, not stock: our training micro-stents cost €2.20 apiece, so you can place twenty in an afternoon instead of sacrificing a single sterile clinical implant. -

Drainage devices
Tube shunts and valves bring their own choreography: plate positioning and suturing, tube trimming and entry, patch coverage. Train the complete implantation sequence with low-cost device analogs before your first real case.
