Eye 4 Trabeculectomy is pre-filled and ready to use. This artificial eye has realistic features to practice trabeculectomy operation. The sclera’s vessels and conjunctiva are designed to mimic the human eye vividly, so the cutting and suturing can be executed as realistic as possible.

The material reacts to temperature fluctuations. In the cold, the material hardens, so to attain the most realistic training experience, the artificial eye should be stored at room temperature. If possible, you should also protect the container from sunlight since the artificial eye is mostly made of photoreactive 3D-printed materials. The liquid should not be removed or washed, and although it is oily and staining, it is not dangerous for human skin.
